• 1)  Try it on indoors

    This may seem obvious, but try on your dog's new suit indoors. Wear it around the house to check the fit. CHAT for our support if you need help adjusting the fit.

  • 2)  Remove dog hair and dirt

    If you do decide to return items, use a lint brush, masking tape, or a vacuum cleaner without roller brushes to remove dirt or dog hair.

  • 3) Skip the wash

    Even though we appreciate getting clean gear, there's no need to wash items before sending them back.

  • 4) Check product before return

    1. Suit must NOT be used, altered, washed, or damaged, and it must include the original packaging.
    2. There's a $10 shipping charge for returning or exchanging.

WRONG/ DEFECTIVE ITEM SENT

I received my order but the wrong item was in the package, now what?

Oops, we're sorry to hear that! We'll replace it to make things right as quickly as possible. If you receive your product from us with above issues, please hold the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and photo of your package and item(s) we will investigate, offer a solution and ship out any replacements needed.

 Please head to returns page and enter your order number from your order confirmation email to jump right to the specific order. Not finding your order number? You can always enter your email address to see all your orders together.

Select "Wrong Item Sent" as your return reason. Select "Exchange" then select the same size/color so we can get you the correct item. Your replacement will be on its way, and you can print a shipping label to mail back the incorrect item.

I LIKE MY GEAR BUT WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE. WHAT DO I DO?

We want to make sure our suit is right for your dog. Begin by starting the return process for your order. You'll be prompted to select the size/color you need. Some items may be ineligible for an exchange. If your item is ineligible or you need help with fit, please reach out to our team.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns. When completing the physical or online Return / Exchange Form, you may choose to be refunded via your original payment method.

Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us.
If you have opted for a refund via the original payment method, please allow up to 7 business days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 7 days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.

RETURN, EXCHANGE &REFUND POLICY LASTS 30 DAYS

Our return, exchange &refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

All our suits are returnable. Please ensure your order within 30 days of order date, product in original condition: resell-able, unused or undamaged and included the original packaging.

DO NOT SHIP BACK PRODUCTS WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION THROUGH THE RETURN PROCESS
